• Integration between PMS platforms and OTAs (Online Travel Agencies)
• Channel manager connections and configuration
• Payment gateway integrations
• Direct booking workflow setup
• Data mapping and reporting solutions

The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client or user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for integration work
• Ensure you have the necessary licences and permissions for the platforms you wish to connect
• Grant us appropriate access to systems required to perform the agreed services
• Review and test delivered integrations within agreed timelines
• Not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of PMS Integrator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Custom integrations and solutions developed for a client remain the intellectual property of PMS Integrator unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Payment & Fees

Fees for our services are outlined in individual proposals or service agreements. Unless stated otherwise:

• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue
• Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes API credentials, business data, and integration configurations. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. We make no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of third-party platforms we integrate with.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMS Integrator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our services involve integration with third-party platforms (e.g. Guesty, Hostaway, Stripe, Booking.com). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these platforms. Changes to third-party APIs or policies may affect integrations, and we will work in good faith to address such changes within reasonable timeframes.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate access if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to our business or other clients. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
